As an experienced teacher and practitioner of the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki Tripuri offers one-to-one teaching as well as Reiki courses. She is recognised as a practitioner member by the Reiki Association, and as a teaching master by the Reiki Alliance. She is a teacher member and trustee of the Metamorphic Association and a member of the Association of Natural Medicine.

Tripuri's personal journey towards self-empowerment began in 1982 when she studied courses in yoga and meditation, spending several years in India, where she met her Master, Krishni Boräng. On her return she worked in South London and explored many different healing and self-empowerment techniques, which she has integrated into her practice: including ReikiIndian Head massage, Acupressure and Flower Essences. She is also a student of Jin Shin Jyutsu - the art of physio-philosophy and universal harmonising energy.

The Metamorphic Technique stands alone, having worked closely with Gaston St Pierre for a number of years, she watches her own deepening process with at times admittedly a degree of trepidation, knowing that every shift releases apattern that no longer serves her.

Tripuri offers one to one sessions at her home in Wymondham and in Norwich. She also teaches Reiki and the Metamorphic Technique in London and Norwich and wherever else invited. She is a teacher member and trustee of the Metamorphic Association and a member of the Association of Natural Medicine.
